Power-ups
Power-ups let your bot take actions during a conversation, as well as answering from its knowledge. Other products call these "tools", "functions" or "actions". You add power-ups to a bot, describe when each one should be used, and the bot decides when to use them. Power-ups are included on all paid plans. New to power-ups? Start with How power-ups work.
