Use Chat Thing from your AI assistant
You can build and manage your Chat Thing bots by chatting with the AI assistant you already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex. Ask it to "build me a support bot from my help centre" and it creates the bot, adds your website as knowledge, attaches power-ups, sets up the website widget and tests the answers for you. You don't need to write code: you connect your assistant once, approve access in your browser, and then describe what you want in plain words.
This works through MCP (the Model Context Protocol), an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools in other apps. Your assistant can only do what your own Chat Thing account can do.
Start with Connect your AI assistant. It takes a couple of minutes.
