How much can I earn?
30% of every payment a customer you refer makes in their first 12 months, with no cap on how many customers you refer. That includes upgrades. Refunded payments are taken back off your balance.
How long does the referral cookie last?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 60 days, they're yours. If they click another affiliate's link afterwards, the most recent click wins.
What does my audience get?
20% off their first 3 months with your code (it ends in THING, for example SAMTHING). A customer who types your code at checkout is credited to you even if they never clicked your link.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 30 days in case of a refund, then becomes due. We pay due commissions once a month by PayPal or Wise once your balance reaches $50. Anything below that rolls over.
Where do I track my referrals?
In your partner dashboard at partners.pixelhop.io. You'll see live clicks, customers and commissions (pending, due and paid), plus achievements, levels and a monthly leaderboard.
Can I run ads or list my code on coupon sites?
You can advertise your own content, but don't bid on Chat Thing as a search keyword (including misspellings), and don't list your code on coupon, voucher or cashback sites. Commissions from either can be voided.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals don't earn commission. If you want Chat Thing for yourself, use the free plan or talk to us.
Do I need to be a Chat Thing customer?
No, and it's free to join. It does help to have built a bot yourself, so you can show it working.
