Frankly, we're a little embarrassed this one took so long, but we're thrilled to finally release Dictation and Spoken Responses for the web channel! Your users can now interact with your bots using just their voice for a more natural and accessible experience.
And this is just the beginning—soon, you’ll be able to customise the voice to perfectly match your brand.

🛡️ Spam Protection
Protect your public-facing bots from abuse with our new Spam Protection feature. Powered by Cloudflare Turnstile, it provides a seamless, privacy-preserving way to block automated spam without forcing your users to solve annoying CAPTCHAs. You can activate it from your web channel settings.

💬 "Talk to a human" Power-up Update
We've made our "Talk to a human" power-up more flexible. You can now specify exactly which email address you want escalations to be forwarded to, directly within the power-up settings.

✨ Duplicate your Bots
Speed up your workflow with bot duplication! You can now create a copy of any existing bot, with full control to choose what you want to include—from data sources and prompts to channel settings and power-ups.

Advanced: New Dynamic Prompt Tags
For our advanced users, you can now include two new replacement tags in your prompts that will be replaced dynamically at runtime: <bot-id> and <conversation-id>. This allows for more advanced logging, tracking, and multi-agent workflows.
