Your website agent is chatting with potential customers all day. But if those conversations disappear into the void, you're leaving money on the table.
The Email power-up turns every conversation into a captured lead.
## How It Works
When configured, your agent can send emails during conversations. Use it to:
- Capture visitor details and forward them to your sales team
- Send conversation summaries to specific inboxes
- Notify team members when certain topics come up
## Lead Capture Example
Add this to your agent's system prompt:
"Before answering questions, ask the visitor for their name, email, and what they're looking for. Email this to us with the subject 'New Lead'."
Now every conversation starts with a soft lead capture. Your agent collects the info naturally, sends it to your team, then continues helping the visitor. No friction. No forms. Just conversation.
## Bug Report Example
Lead capture is not the only use. You can also turn your agent into an extra set of eyes for bugs. Add this to your system prompt:
"If a visitor reports a bug or says something is not working, email us the details with the subject 'Bug Report'."
Now whenever someone flags a problem, your agent quietly sends it straight to your inbox, so issues get caught even when no one is watching the chat.
## Combine with Other Power-ups
Chain the Email power-up with others for powerful workflows:
- Google Search + Email - Search for info, then email a summary to the user
- Notion + Email - Query a database, then email the results
- Browse Webpage + Email - Visit a page, summarise it, and send via email
## Setup
Add the Email power-up, set your receiving email address (up to 3), and optionally set a default subject. Your agent handles the rest - deciding when to send based on your description and system prompt.
